1997 First delivery of the company's own transformers to Poland, the Czech Republic, Russia; construction of the first 3,000 kVA transformer for Matla mine in South Africa

1997 Product range is extended by dry type transformers with up to 3,000 kVA for mines

1996 Establishment of Hansen Holding GmbH based in Munich/Germany, where Christian Dreyer has since been responsible for strategy, expansion and finance. By this time the group already has 200 employees

1995 Development of thyristor soft-starts for AFC automated face conveyors and belt conveyors
